Rebecca is hands down the #1 hairstylist at this location. Every time I walk in looking like a chia pet, I walk out looking and feeling like a million bucks. The convos are a 10 out of 10 level and she is the sweetest. She keeps me coming back! **UPDATE** Rebecca is still absolutely crushing it over there at MUG on Val Vista! If you are a human (she might cut your dogs hair too???) and need your hair looking fresh for a date or night out on the town she should be your first stop. Stopped in to get my sons haircut. Rhonda was great. Very professional and cared for her current customer while still engaging with us. Nice that we were not ignored as is unfortunately more common for some businesses when they are busy. Not here! We were treated very well and enjoyed the experience. Will definitely come back again and again for our cuts. My son has long hair and it’s hard to find a place that handles that well. They do that here very well. The stylists are well trained and have all been super friendly. Especially Rhonda.

Rebecca is amazing. I originally booked an ultimate cut, but when I got in I wanted a bald fade. Not only did she out do herself. My hair was extremely long and she took her time and didn’t rush even though I booked the wrong style. Overall the transformation from the long hair to the fade was amazing. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, always going to the same stylist. Last Thursday, with my go-to barbetologist unavailable, I scheduled a last-minute appointment and was seen by Kally. She was personable and efficient. I’ve very seldom scheduled appointments with anyone new, but Kally did an amazing job, and I’m looking forward to scheduling another appointment with her. I always get a lot of compliments on my haircut after every visit. Rebecca is the best staff and gives amazing haircuts! Definitely recommend her. She’s always so sweet and talkative. Rebecca is the best at detail work. I have an undercut and she keeps my line clean and makes sure all of her tools are clean and sharp for the best results!
